Sofia brings years of experience guiding transformational retreats with a deep understanding of nervous system healing and somatic practices. Having personally navigated anxiety in her late teens and early twenties, and used yoga as her pathway to healing, she intimately understands the struggle of a mind that won't stop racing. Sofia relies on yoga to support her stress management and overall wellbeing. Her approach honours both the therapeutic and traditional dimensions of yoga, creating a safe space for others to find their own path to stillness.
