Stop Saying "Someday" - Your Sri Lanka Awakening Awaits
Life can be wonderful. It can also be... well, you know.
But what if this year, instead of saying "someday," you finally said "today"?
What if you gave yourself permission to do that thing you've been too scared to try?
To take that break you desperately need?
To create a core memory that changes how you see yourself and the world?
This isn't just a retreat. It's your "someday" moment.
Your chance to step into the life you've been dreaming about. To finally prioritise your nervous system over your to-do list.
To remember who you are beneath all that stress and endless doing.
Wonder Awaits in Sri Lanka. And so do you.
EARLY BIRD ENDS JULY 31ST - ONLY 3 SINGLE ROOMS LEFT
Save £200 right now - 4 people already booked
You're here because something inside you is saying "enough."
Enough of the constant stress. Enough of putting everyone else first. Enough of that voice in your head that never lets you rest without guilt.
You're tired of feeling tired. Burnt out from being burnt out. And somewhere deep down, you know you deserve more than just surviving each day.
You've been telling yourself "someday I'll take that trip" or "someday I'll prioritise myself" for how long now?
What if someday is February 22nd, 2026?
This isn't about Instagram-worthy yoga poses or pretending everything's perfect. This is about real transformation - the kind that happens when you finally give your nervous system permission to reset.
Here's what changes when you stop waiting:
Your Body Finally Exhales
7 days of morning yoga, evening flows, and yoga nidra that actually help you sleep. No more 3am anxiety spirals. No more carrying tension in your shoulders like it's your job.
Your Mind Gets Quiet
Guided meditations and breathwork that don't require you to "clear your mind" (impossible anyway). Instead, you'll learn to work with your thoughts, not against them.
You Remember What Joy Feels Like
Safari adventures, cooking traditional Sri Lankan curry, maybe catching your first wave. These aren't just activities - they're proof that life can be playful again.
You Connect With Your Community
Other people who get it. Who've also been running on empty and pretending they're fine. Who leave as lifelong friends because shared transformation bonds people differently.
Sofia Panas isn't just another yoga teacher - she's a certified somatic coach who specialises in breaking the toxic productivity cycle that's keeping you stuck.
After 12 years of practice and 8 years of teaching, Sofia has one mission: helping people remember that rest isn't earned, it's essential.
She's passionate about deconstructing that voice in your head that says you should always be "doing something." The one that makes relaxation feel selfish and self-care feel indulgent.
Sofia gets it because she's lived it. And now she helps people navigate their nervous systems so they can finally feel worthy of rest, relaxation, and joy.
Plus she has three cats, one of whom she rescued in Greece after a retreat (little one eyed Leon) because transformation changes everything, including your capacity for love.
Day 1: Permission Granted Land in paradise. Set intentions. Practice yoga nidra to recover from the flight and ease into this new version of yourself.
Day 2: First Taste of Freedom Morning practice, then your first safari - by boat through mangroves where nature reminds you what peace feels like.
Day 3: Adventure Calling Jeep safari through Yala National Park. Because sometimes you need elephants and leopards to remind you how wild and wonderful life can be.
Day 4: Beach Therapy Ahangama's coastline becomes your meditation space. Salt air, gentle waves, and the revolutionary act of doing absolutely nothing productive.
Day 5: Courage in Action Surf lesson (because why not try something new?) followed by cooking class where you learn to create the flavours you'll crave when you get home.
Day 6: Integration & Celebration Sunrise practice, massage to seal in all the good, and closing circle where you realise how much has shifted in just one week.
Day 7: Taking It Home Final breakfast as the new version of yourself. Airport transfer as someone who chose themselves, finally.
