Sofia Panas is a certified somatic coach, yoga, yoga nidra & iRest teacher and appreciator of deep connected rest. After 12 years of practice (living in traditional ashrams and practicing in studios) and 8 years teaching, Sofia works with various tools including yoga asana, pranayama and yoga nidra.
Combining these approaches helps her clients (and herself!) navigate their nervous system (stress response) and connect to their body, so they can finally feel worthy of rest and relaxation.
She is deeply passionate about deconstructing toxic productivity mindset!! This means exploring our need to be ‘doing’ something always, and normalising rest and self care (and community care) as every day (not indulgent) human needs. Aside from that she loves travelling, exploring new places and of course her three cute cats (one of whom she picked up in Greece after a retreat!)
Build strength, flexibility and cultivate a steady mind with our dynamic vinyasa classes. Moving to the rhythm of our breath, these practices will leave you feeling energised, focused and connected to your body.
Our slow flow practices are focused on down regulating the nervous system, creating a feeling of calm in the body and mind. We'll hold poses a little longer, creating a different kind of challenge, a big stretch and ultimately leaving you feeling very relaxed.
A deeply powerful guided meditation practice. Also known as 'yogic sleep'. We'll work together to create your own intentions to use during the meditation.
Pranayama includes breath work or energy practices. We'll work with specific pranayama, controlling the breath to create altered energetic states.
Asmara Villas
Villa Asmara, which means romance, or loving each other is a popular stay amongst our retreat couples. This one bedroom villa has sweeping panoramas of the sunrise on the sea on one side and sunset behind the volcanoes of Java on the other.
With your own infinity pool, you can bathe in moonlight or enjoy the morning sun at the edge of the world. The lounge area has sliding doors which can be opened up to the pool deck. Time comes to a standstill here and the only interruptions are made by the sweet notes of birdsong.
Choose to have this villa all to yourself or with your partner or friend in a shared double bed.
Luwih Villas
Luwih, which derives from Sujati Luwih means 'all good things' in Balinese, and who wouldn’t want their poolside dwelling to signify goodness!
Luwih offers a shared pool and large terrace with a swing bed to fuel your vacation dreaminess. The pinks, purples and oranges of the sunrise sky will soothe your soul. Relax, unwind and embrace the magic!
Choose from a shared villa (double bed) or enjoy the villa to yourself and get to know your retreat neighbours at the stunning shared pool.
Barong Villa
Villa Barong is a magnificent amalgamation of breathless nature and rustic architecture. Your stay here will be auspiciously augmented by Barong himself - a lion like character in Balinese mythology, who is the king of the spirits and the leader of the hosts of good. Combining modern luxuries with traditional architecture, Villa Barong is an aesthetic wonder.
Whether you or a morning person who likes to catch the first light of day, a twilight bird who revels in the scenery painted by the setting sun or a moon child who thrives under the rising moon, Villa Barong will have the perfect nook just for you!
Choose from three bedrooms, 2 double rooms and one twin room available (2 single beds). Perfect for a big group of friends or for the retreaters looking to make friends in Bali!
Bidadari Villa
Villa Bidadari, which means fairy in Malay, true to its name is a slice of heaven. With a gazebo on its rooftop, it is the perfect place to greet the fairies and enjoy the soft sunrise view. The expansive, private pool overlooks the Bali Sea and the nearby valley so that every dip in the water is an experience that brings you closer to nature.
Choose from three bedrooms, 2 double rooms and one twin room available (2 single beds). Perfect for a big group of friends or for the retreaters looking to make friends in Bali!
